The Service Provider offers Bach flower therapy consultations, group workshops, and certified trainings in the Bach method — in person or online (Zoom), depending on the event. The Service Provider also offers the preparation and shipping of an individually selected Bach flower essence blend, ordered through the chat on the website — the terms of this service are described in §7.
Bach flower essences and the consultations offered by the Service Provider are not a medicinal product or a medical service. They support emotional balance and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy provided by a qualified specialist. In a mental health crisis, please contact the relevant emergency services (112) or the support helpline (116 123, Polish national helpline).
A booking for a consultation, workshop, or training can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting the Service Provider. Cancelling later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or not showing up, does not entitle the Client to a refund. At the Client's request, the Service Provider may — subject to availability — move the booking to the next available date instead of issuing a refund.
Under Polish consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For services with a fixed performance date (consultations, workshops, trainings), the law provides for certain exceptions to this right — the rules for changing or cancelling a booking are described in §4. [TODO: the exact legal basis for this exception, including whether and how explicit consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal should be collected at sign-up, needs legal review before real payments are accepted — the workshop/training sign-up forms do not currently collect such consent]. The rules for essence blends ordered via chat, including the lack of a right of withdrawal for that order, are described in §7.
Complaints about services provided can be submitted by email to kontakt@kwiatowesencje.pl, describing the issue and the expected resolution. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt, and a response is sent to the email address provided by the Client.
A Bach flower essence blend individually selected in conversation with the website's assistant can be ordered directly from the chat. The blend costs 140 zł, shipping included. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account number sent by email after the order is placed; the Service Provider prepares and ships the blend after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few business days, by courier or Poczta Polska. Because the blend is prepared individually, based on the description provided by the Client, and is not a prefabricated product, under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act the Client does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal from this order. This information is also provided to the Client before placing the order in the chat and in the order confirmation email.
