You can already order an essence blend through the chat on the website (§7 of the Terms) — this page describes shipping and returns for that order. A separate shop with a full product catalogue does not exist yet.
The shipping cost is included in the blend's price of 140 zł. The blend is prepared and shipped by courier or Poczta Polska once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few business days. Shipping will later be handled via Furgonetka (InPost Parcel Lockers, DPD, DHL and others) — details will be added here once that's in place.
The essence blend is prepared individually based on the description provided in the chat and is not a prefabricated product, so under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act there is no 14-day right of withdrawal from this order — see also §7 of the Terms. In case of a product defect, the rules described in the Complaints section below apply.
Complaints about an ordered blend (e.g. mismatch with the order, damage in transit) can be submitted by email to kontakt@kwiatowesencje.pl, describing the issue and including a photo if possible. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
